Sports massage is a system of massage which directly targets restricted, tight and painful muscles and their connections.

A session starts with  a short consultation about which areas you would like to work on. Hands-on treatment starts with Myofascial release techniques followed by a Deep tissue massage.

Myofascial techniques are releases of the connective tissue surrounding the muscles and joints. This connective tissue builds up tension over time, so releasing it allows the Deep tissue massage to be more effective. This combination of Myofascial release and Deep tissue massage is effective in the relief of stress, discomfort and tension and produces long lasting effects.
